Justice N.G Mbroh
Managing Director
Justice N.G. Mbroh was appointed the Managing Director in 2021. He is a highly accomplished energy executive with over 22 years of experience in the downstream oil and gas sector, and retail business consultation. His career spans senior roles in Retail, Commercial, Supply Chain, Operations, and General Management, demonstrating a proven record in financial and strategic execution.
His most notable leadership position was as Managing Director of Infin Ghana Ltd, an Oil Marketing Company, where he achieved remarkable results. Under his guidance, he grew company revenue by 62% in three years, diversified revenue streams, and quadrupled non-fuel income to over $960,000. He also expanded the company’s national network by 73% and secured a $1.2 million bank facility for business expansion. Previously, he served as Managing Director of PK Oil & Gas and as Chief Strategy Consultant at Arete Integrity Ltd, providing expertise across both downstream and upstream industries. His tenure at Vivo Energy Ghana Ltd saw him deliver a new e-payment solution for commercial drivers, delivered global award-winning performance in Retail sales, and lubricant Route-to-Market strategy to increase sales by 7%.
Justice holds an MBA from the Australian Institute of Business, a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Ghana, a Certificate in Global Diplomacy from the University of London and is a Chartered Banker with the Association of Chartered Institute of Bankers, Ghana. His core competencies include strategic planning, commercial business management, deal negotiation, and financial restructuring, supply chain optimization, Retail Operational Excellence, making him a results-driven and innovation-focused leader.
Mrs. Sussana A. O. Mbroh
Director of Finance, Admin & Trade
Sussana A. O. Mbroh is an accomplished international trade and business development professional with over 17 years of progressive experience in the banking and financial services sector. Her career has been marked by a strong focus on international trade, business development, and client relationship management.
Currently serving as The Director of Exports, Africa Business Export Club from January 2023 to date. Sussana partners with corporate and institutional clients to deliver tailored financial solutions that enhance business performance and strengthen trade flows. She brings a client-centric approach that fosters trust, loyalty, and long-term partnerships.
Prior to this role, she was Trade Products Manager and Senior Services Manager at Ecobank Ghana’s Head Office (2014 – 2018), and Trade Expert – Import & Export Portfolio (2013 – 2014) solidified her expertise in structuring and executing cross-border trade transactions.
Sussana holds an MBA in International Business (Executive MBA) from Paris Graduate School of Management France, and a Bachelor of Science in Administration from the University of Cape Coast, majoring in Management Studies. Her training equips her with both strategic vision and operational excellence, enabling her to align financial solutions with broader economic and trade dynamics.
A multilingual professional, she communicates fluently in English and French, while also speaking her native languages, Akan, Ewe and Ga. This linguistic versatility enhances her cross-cultural communication, an asset in global business development and trade negotiations.

Eric Adjei Adjei-Laryea
Director of Legal Advice, HR & External Affairs
Eric Adjei-Laryea is an accomplished legal professional with a robust background in law, with a distinguished career spanning more than two (2) decades, making him an exceptional Legal Adviser. He holds a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) from the prestigious University of Ghana and is a qualified Barrister at Law from the Ghana School of Law.
His foundational experience was gained as a State Attorney at the Attorney-General’s Department, where he developed a formidable skill set in critical legal domains. In this role, Eric was actively involved in prosecution, civil litigation, and providing comprehensive legal opinions. He demonstrated expertise in drafting pleadings, conducting meticulous legal research, and managing case files with precision. This experience has equipped him with a deep understanding of statutory interpretation, corporate law, and regulatory compliance.
Eric is a diligent and analytical professional with a proven track record of protecting institutional interests and navigating complex legal landscapes. Eugene Eluerkeh is a visionary leader and bilingual business management expert. His career in the downstream oil and energy sector has equipped him with profound competence in Business Planning, Sales, Marketing, and General Management, forming a robust foundation for strategic leadership.
Eugene is currently at the forefront of driving business transformation within Africa’s entrepreneurhship ecosystem. His work focuses on scaling ventures, inclusive trade, and digital futures, where he actively unlocks financing and drives cross-continental partnerships for high-impact enterprises. An alumnus of the University of Ghana holding an Executive MBA in Marketing, and the Ghana Institute of Management and Public Administration (GIMPA), Eugene’s academic background in administration and public management directly informs his structured approach to innovation. He also holds a certificate in Seed Transformation Program from the Stanford University USA, and a certificate in Product Management from the Singapore Management University
